EASY EXCHANGES AND FREE RETURNS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Footwear must be returned unworn, in its original pristine condition and packaging. Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip indicating the reason for your return. Click here to download a copy of our RETURNS FORM. Complete the form and include it with your return shipment. If you should experience any defect in quality and/or craftsmanship within six (6) months from date of purchase, simply return the product postpaid to the address above. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We recommend you use a traceable shipping method (USPS, UPS or FED EX) and that you insure your shipment against loss or damage. If you are exchanging your footwear for a different style, color or size, we will not charge you freight on the new shipment. All returned product will be thoroughly inspected. Defective product covered by our limited warranty will be repaired free of charge or exchanged at our sole discretion. Non-defective product not found to be in resalable condition is not eligible for credit or exchange and will be returned to sender.

REGULAR DELIVERY
Via UPS ground. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of in-stock items. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Street address required. $5 shipping, handling & insurance charge.

RUSH DELIVERY
UPS Next Day Air delivery is $20 additional per shipment. 2nd Day Air is $15 additional per shipment. Three Day Air is $10 additional per shipment. Orders will be shipped on next business day unless ordered BEFORE 12pm (noon) EST.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
All orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. Please order early to ensure timely delivery. We will notify you of unexpected delays or if an item is temporarily sold out / back ordered. Your credit card will not be charged until time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Yes, Finn Comfort has a limited 6 month warranty that all of our products are free from any manufacturing or material defects. This does not guarantee against excessive wear and tear.

No, www.finncomfort.com only ships domestically.
